Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and evidence based treatment such as CBT, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms using evidence based practices such as TF-CBT and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Online sessions are held from the safety of your own home with both couples at a time that is convenient for you through our easy scheduling platform.

A forensic interview is a neutral, fact-finding interview that is legally defensible in court. The interviewer is a highly trained professional who interviews children, adolescents, and adults to assist authorities and partner agencies determine various things such as abuse and competency. We provide the assessment and treatment of individuals with mental illnesses, including persons with co-occurring substance use disorders, who are participants in the North Carolina Mental Health/Drug Court program or who are referred for the purposes of determining eligibility for the program. Forensic interviews are legally sound because they ensure the interviewer's objectivity, employ non-leading techniques and emphasize accurate documentation of the interview via audio and/or video recording.
